Gabriela Ojeda Triulzi

Founder & CEO | Actuarial Strategy

Gabriela is a certified actuary with over 20 years of global experience across Deloitte, Swiss Re, MetLife, St. James’s Place, KPMG and WTW. She specialises in multinational programme pricing, actuarial product architecture and regulatory frameworks. As Founder & CEO of PQP, she designed the platform’s actuarial engine and global rules architecture, leading its strategy, insurer engagement and technical roadmap. Multilingual and an active non-profit leader, she brings analytical depth, international perspective and a commitment to transparency in global insurance. Manuel Traseira

Product & Data | AI Strategic Partnerships

Manuel is a quantitative risk specialist with a 30-year career at JPMorgan in New York and London, working across quantitative research, structured-credit trading and bank-capital analytics. A physicist with a BSc and PhD from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and two MScs from MIT, he brings deep analytical, modelling and systems expertise to PQP. Manuel supports PQP’s algorithm optimisation, data frameworks and AI-driven enhancements, drawing on his current MSc in Artificial Intelligence at Kingston University. Swati Meel

Lead Platform & Security Engineer

Swati Meel is a computer science engineer with over 10 years of experience in enterprise software development, including roles at IBM, Patni Computer Systems (iGATE), and Reliance Infocomm. She specialises in SAP implementation and has led complex delivery projects, long-term system support, and secure enterprise solutions. A SAP ABAP certified professional, Swati brings deep expertise in system architecture, secure development practices, and cybersecurity. Creating opportunity beyond the product

Premium Quoting Pro was built to solve real insurance challenges, but its impact extends beyond the product itself.

Alongside building PQP, Gabriela has developed four social impact programmes designed to create confidence, capability, and practical routes into the market for people who may otherwise face barriers to opportunity.

1. Student & Graduate Pathways
   Supporting undergraduates and graduates through practical projects linked to live business challenges, including collaborations with Leeds and Nottingham. The programme is designed to help early-career talent gain meaningful exposure to real commercial work, structured problem-solving, and professional expectations before entering the market.

2. Mentoring for Scaling Businesses
   Providing guidance through mentoring initiatives, including work with Virtue Finance, supporting women and growing businesses across mortgages, insurance protection, and wider financial services. This programme focuses on business acumen, growth thinking, and practical support to help people scale with greater confidence.

3. Women Returning to Work
   Creating meaningful roles, live challenges, and confidence-building pathways for women rejoining the workforce, including contributors involved in data, innovation, and business development through PQP. The aim is to help women return with clearer direction, stronger capability, and renewed confidence.

4. Inclusion & Accessible Opportunity
   Creating accessible opportunities for disabled professionals and other contributors across PQP, while helping build environments where people can contribute meaningfully regardless of disability, mobility, background, or previous career interruption.
