Get to know us

Behind PQP is a team of insurance, actuarial, transformational, and data specialists who have spent their careers building multinational programmes, managing fronting arrangements, navigating taxes and levies, and solving the operational challenges that insurers and banks face every day.

We’re driven by precision, transparency and the belief that multinational pricing should be as clear as the risks it represents. Here, we share who we are, what motivates us, and how we’re shaping the future of multinational insurance technology.

PQP provides clarity, speed and compliance, bringing calculation discipline to a part of the business that has historically been opaque and labour-intensive. Out of the box, PQP provides profit protection, calculation transparency, and defensible audit trails.

Our mission

To simplify multinational insurance pricing -on the costs side- through explainable-by-design technology that empowers underwriters, finance teams, and auditors in all clients, (re)insurers, brokers, captives, MGAs, and end customer/client.

Faster. Clearer. Safer.

Our motto is to:

  • Faster – Quote in minutes with one engine (web / CSV / API). No spreadsheet sprawl.

  • Clearer – Itemised, explainable outputs with a deterministic order-of-operations—a single source of truth.

  • Safer – Audit-ready and compliant by design: correct bases, taxes/levies, WHT, FX & rounding—so margins are protected.

Why we built PQP

PQP grew from one shared experience: the pain of multinational costing delays, inconsistency, and complexity.

Quotes that took weeks. Spreadsheets that didn’t reconcile. Teams working in silos. Audits asking for evidence no one had time to rebuild. Margins eroding without explanation.

So we built the platform we always wished we had: A transparent, explainable-by-design quoting engine that produces accurate, territory-aligned, audit-ready results in minutes — not weeks.

Our vision

To become the trusted calculation backbone for multinational insurance, enabling insurers of all sizes to price global programmes with confidence, consistency, and clarity — powering accurate, aligned decisions across underwriting, tax/finance, and global operations.

Our Social Impact Commitment

At PQP, we believe transparency in insurance pricing is not only a technical requirement — it is a social responsibility.

Leveraging the combined non-profit leadership experience of our Founder & CEO Gabriela Ojeda Triulzi and Head of Marketing & Communications Monica Fulton, PQP integrates inclusion, education, and responsible data practices into its core values.

We commit to three levels of impact:

1. Promoting Inclusion & Accessibility

  • Simplifying complex insurance concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Designing tools that help smaller insurers compete fairly and bigger ones to improve processes.

  • Enabling every team member to contribute at their full potential, regardless of mobility

2. Supporting Education & Career Development

  • Offering mentorship to university students entering actuarial science and InsurTech.

  • Providing accessible educational content on insurance, pricing, and risk.

  • Mentoring work (extending previous work done by our Founder in Deloitte, Liverpool University (UK), and Universidad Complutense (Spain).

3. Upholding Ethical Data & Governance

  • Ensuring high standards of accuracy, transparency, and regulatory alignment.

  • Championing audit-readiness and fair pricing practices.

PQP is committed to contributing to a more transparent, responsible, and equitable global insurance ecosystem.
